Adventuring is a state of mind

I discovered long ago that Adventuring is a state of mind. I talked about it over at Long and Short Reviews, as part of their Winter Blogfest. There’s a fun giveaway for readers and participants of the blog hop, and I’ve got a paperback and cute little adventure journal for the winner of my prize.

But to give you a quick recap of my post over at LASR, Adventuring doesn’t have to be costly or time consuming. You can go Adventuring anywhere, anytime … you’ve just got to shift your thinking and use your noodle. And remember to take a good book! If you would like to be entered into the drawing for my prize pack, or others in the Winter Blogfest, make sure to leave a comment on my post — and any of the other ones — at LASR. Winners will be drawn on January 2, 2022.

Go, NaNoWriMo!

I’m excited to kick off NaNoWriMo this year with the blueprint for a three-book romantic suspense series (starting with Tipping Point), and a beautiful writing retreat opportunity. While my husband’s conferencing in Montana, I’m adventuring and writing. Whether you’re participating in NaNoWriMo this year or just writing on your own, I wish you creative thoughts and good luck! Need a NaNo buddy? HMU: Becky Moore.

The Scavenger Hunt is On!

The Long and Short Reviews 14th Anniversary Celebration is in full swing this week, and today’s scavenger hunt brings you to me! They gave me a great review for The Great Outdoors a couple years ago, which should tell you they have great taste. 🙂 I’ve got my political romantic suspense, Mine By Design, in the hunt this year. A great review is always appreciated!

Join the hunt and enter yourself in the drawing for gift cards from Amazon and BN, and more. This anniversary celebration is sure to have a happy ending!
